Q:  Can I purchase samples before placing my full order?

A:  Definitely, in fact - we encourage it! Samples of just the invitation right through to the full package can be purchased from just $9.95. Samples are a great way of seeing what your getting in person before placing your full order. Samples come with generic wording but can be added if required. Samples can also be changed to suit your color scheme. Please put this in the comments section upon checking out. Please also note that we will not process orders of '1' invitation etc. You need to purchase the actual sample packages available in each range.

Q:  How long do samples and full orders take to complete?

A:  Please visit out shipping section for current processing and delivery times.

Q:  I have received my invitations, but now need a few more?

A:  No problems, just place your order through the website and email us your new guest list. If the wording is remaining the same we can use your previous file for printing without you needing to send everything through again.

Q:  I love a particular invitation but want to change the color?

A:  We specialise in customising invitations so we are more than happy to change anything about each invitation on our site. We can change almost every invitation to a color scheme of your choice, so please do not hesitate to contact us if you would like to change something or if you have a completely different idea in mind!

Q: Can I purchase my invitations now and my Place cards and Menu's later?

A:  Yes you can. However, we do recommend you purchase everything at once as quite often papers discontinue and we can't get them down the track when you require other items. You are able to purchase the items and confirms names, Menu's and Order of Services once your RSVP date has passed. We will order all your papers in at once and keep them aside until you are ready for us to print.

Q: Should I order more invitations than I need?

A:  We recommend purchasing between 5 and 10 invitations on top of your guest list. This is for any forgotten people, late invitees after you get your RSVP's back and of course one to keep for your wedding scrapbook!

Q: I have had a look at your wording examples but would prefer to use my own?

A:  You are more than welcome to use your own wording. Ours are there for help and inspiration but definitely do not need to be used if you have something of your own.

Q:  I want a small map card / accommodation card the same size as the wishing well, how do I purchase this?

A:  You can purchase the 'wishing well card' and put on it anything you like! It doesn't have to be a wishing well card. It can be used as an accommodation info card, a map card, a gift registry card etc. You can check out through our website choosing the 'wishing well card' but send through the info you would like on it instead. There is no additional costs providing the card is the same size.
