Invitations

1. How long will it take until i receive my invitations?

You need to allow up about 21 days (from an approved proof) for your invitations to be completed and sent to you. Please do not leave ordering invitations to the last minute. Please also allow up to 14 days for samples to be sent during busy periods of the year.

2. What if I need my invitations in less than 21 days?

We can complete your order sooner if required, but this will incur a $150.00 charge. You will need to email us before placing a rushed order to make sure we can cater to your timeframe. This charge is to cover express postage of your goods to us and the extra in express post to send them to you. It will also adjust during our busy season.

3. I have received my invitations but need to order more?

No problem! Just order the same ones off the our website and send an email letting us know that you want the same ones as you have already ordered. This way we can use your same wording without you needing to do it again.

4. I like an invitation on your website but i want a different colour or paper?

We specialise in cutsomising invitations. If you need something changed or a completely different theme, email us and we can arrange an over the phone or in person (if possible) appointment to discuss your requirements. There are endless possibilities!

How long do i need to allow for my bombonieres to arrive?

We normally ship items in 1-2 working days but recommend you allow up to 14 days in case of out of stock items or delays.

In the case of items being on backorder for an extended period of time, we will contact you for your choice of an exchange or refund of the backordered items.
