If you receive a product that you believe is not what was expected we will replace the item or refund your money at our discretion. It will be your responsibility to mail the item back to our mail address in its original undamaged condition. Please contact us regarding any issues you have with your product BEFORE sending back to us. We will refund your items less a 20% restocking fee or be happy to exchange any items you are not happy with.
Refund Policy on Invitations or personalized products Because of the personalization of the products, once you have accepted your final proofs a refund or exchange will not be granted. If you receive your personalized products and they are different from your final proof we will accept responsibility and a replacement will be sent at no charge to the customer. No refunds will be given for change of mind or in the event of a canceled occasion once payment has been made.
Promotions and Competitions Other Terms and Conditions not listed herein and applying to Breeze Invitations promotions and competitions are incorporated into these terms and conditions. Unless expressly stated, to the extent that the other Terms and Conditions are not incompatible with the Terms and Conditions herein, the other Terms and Conditions will be in addition to the terms & conditions herein. To the extent that the other Terms and Conditions are incompatible with the Terms and Conditions herein, the other Terms and Conditions shall prevail. Should you object to any of these Terms and Conditions (including any subsequent amendments), you must immediately discontinue using this website.
